Order Processing

Ready-to-ship products are sent out within 3-5 days of receiving your order.
Physical products (like hand-lettered ornaments) typically take 2-3 weeks to make with love.
For my service-based creations (like digital designs), expect around 3-4 weeks depending on your unique project. Murals are planned and scheduled once we confirm our project timeline. I'll keep you updated every step of the way!

Orders are shipped using Canada Post using either untracked letter mail or tracked Xpresspost
Important Update:
Due to current global situations, shipping internationally (especially to the USA) has become increasingly difficult and expensive. I may need to pause US orders temporarily. Sending you love across the border while we navigate these challenges!

Your digital goodies come with complete printing instructions on a special information page! Everything you need to bring your purchase to life will be right at your fingertips.

Your happiness is my TOP priority! If your package is lost or damaged, I'll replace it or provide a refund. The only exception is if you selected letter mail shipping (which is at the buyer's risk). But don't worry—I'll work with you de todo corazón to make things right!

Regular letter mail postage does not include tracking, but I always send tracking information when using Xpresspost via Canada Post.
