Processing Times

I pour my heart and soul into each creation! Here's when you can expect your order to be ready for shipping:

• Ready-made items: 2-5 business days

• Made-to-order products: 2-3 weeks

• Digital services: 3-4 weeks (depending on project complexity)

• Custom orders: Timeline provided after consultation

Please Note: During November-December (holiday season), processing times may be slightly longer as my creative hands are extra busy spreading joy!

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

Canadian Shipping

I ship all physical products via Canada Post with these options:

• Letter Mail: 3-10 business days (no tracking available)

• Expedited Parcel: 2-7 business days (with tracking)

• Xpresspost: 1-3 business days (with tracking)

International Shipping

Important Update: Due to current global situations, international shipping (especially to the USA) has become increasingly difficult and expensive. I may temporarily pause US orders. Thank you for understanding while we navigate these challenges together!

When available, international shipping times typically range from 1-4 weeks depending on destination and customs processing.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

• Package weight

• Destination

• Selected shipping method

Living in Hamilton? ¡Fantástico! Local pickup is available at no extra charge. We'll arrange a convenient time and location after your order is confirmed. Can't wait to meet you!

Tracking Information

• Letter Mail: No tracking available (budget-friendly option for stickers and small items)

• Expedited & Xpresspost: Tracking number provided via email once your package ships

Digital Product Delivery

Digital products are delivered instantly after purchase via email! Each download comes with a special information page including printing instructions to help you bring your creation to life.

Package Loss or Damage

If your package is lost or damaged during transit:

• With tracking: I'll file a claim with Canada Post and replace your item or provide a refund

• Letter Mail (no tracking): Unfortunately, this shipping method is at buyer's risk with no replacement guarantee

International Customs & Duties

International shoppers may be subject to import taxes, VAT, or customs duties upon delivery. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in your purchase price. Each country has different regulations, so please check with your local customs office if you're concerned.
