¡Hola beautiful souls! Thank you for supporting my small business and creative journey! Here's everything you need to know about returns and exchanges at Karla Maria Creativo.

My Promise to You

I pour my heart into every creation, and your satisfaction means EVERYTHING to me! While I hope you absolutely LOVE your purchase, I understand sometimes things don't work out exactly as planned.

Return Eligibility

Items Eligible for Return/Exchange:

  • Physical products in original condition (unused and unopened)

  • Items received damaged (please email photos within 48 hours of delivery)

  • Incorrect items shipped by mistake (oops! Even creative brains slip sometimes!)

Final Sale Items (Not Eligible for Return):

  • All stationery products (cards, notebooks, etc.)

  • Custom/personalized products made just for you

  • Digital downloads (once downloaded)

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items

How to Request a Return

If you need to return an eligible item, please:

  1. Email me at info@karlamariacreativo.com within 7 days of receiving your order

  2. Include your order number and photos of the item

  3. Explain why you're requesting a return

  4. I'll respond within 1-2 business days with next steps!

Return Process

Once your return is approved:

  1. I'll send you return shipping instructions

  2. Please package items carefully to prevent damage

  3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was damaged or incorrect (in which case, I've got you covered!)

  4. Once I receive your return in good condition, I'll process your refund or exchange

Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after I receive your return.

For exchanges, let me know what you'd like instead, and I'll make it happen as quickly as possible! If there's a price difference, we'll sort that out together.

Damaged Items

If your package arrives damaged (oh no!):

  1. Email me ASAP at info@karlamariacreativo.com

  2. Include photos of the damaged item AND packaging

  3. I'll work with you de todo corazón to make it right with a replacement or refund!
